The Role
Cavill Robinson

We are always looking for people who have the ability to grow our business. We are interested in trainees or people with a year’s experience in any discipline of recruitment, who want to work in a professional company.

You will be expected to build relationships with local companies and interview candidates. You will also be expected to match candidate and client requirements and negotiate offers.

You will be trained by Jeanette Robinson FREC, who has had 25 years in accountancy recruitment and mentored by your Branch Manager or a Senior Consultant on a day to day basis. This will be supplemented with REC training courses. All consultants are expected to become REC qualified and this is paid for by the company.

Depending on the office you join and your experience, you can expect a salary of between £18,000 and £32,000. Commission is uncapped and the company provides healthcare after a probationary period and 22 days holiday, rising to 25 after two years. We also believe firmly that you go home at 5.30pm.
