My client is a professional services company and has a great Administration/Receptionist role for someone wanting to start on a career in administration. Key responsibilities are varied and include:
Answering telephone calls, taking messages and emailing staff
Scanning in of post and other documents
Dealing with outgoing post
Maintaining stock and ordering supplies and comsumables
Meeting and greeting clients
Keeping reception, meeting rooms and kitchen area tidy
