You will also support the development of junior team members while building strong, trusted relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Leading audit fieldwork teams on key assignments, including completion of audit work on high-risk areas
  • Supporting Managers in the day-to-day management of client portfolios, ensuring work is delivered on time and within budget
  • Planning and budgeting assignments, monitoring progress and proactively identifying and resolving issues
  • Reviewing work prepared by trainees, providing constructive feedback and ensuring quality ahead of Manager review
  • Monitoring job budgets against actuals and investigating variances
  • Assisting with billing and minimising write-offs
  • Keeping up to date with technical developments, including Charity SORP
  • Identifying opportunities for additional services and supporting business development activities
  • Assisting with tenders, including proposal preparation and presentations
To gain an interview you will be a qualified Audit professional with strong technical knowledge and a passion for working with not-for-profit organisations. You will be proactive, organised and confident in supporting both clients and colleagues and be proficient in Excel and audit software such as Caseware.
