This is a six to 9 month contract for a qualified accountant for one or probably two days a week. My client is seeking a stock market listing and needs additional help in the finance area to achieve the compliance needed. 

In order to be successful in this role, you will need good knowledge of the following:
  • IFRS
  • SOX
It would be ideal if you had had previous experience of working on a stock market listing.
