Finance Assistant
Do you have excellent sales ledger skills? Then this is a real opportunity to use those but also learn and broaden your knowledge into other areas. This Finance Assistant role, based in Cambridge, involves working with a friendly team in a busy office. Your key responsibilities will be:
- Producing c. 1040 sales invoices three times a year
- Dealing with direct debits
- Dealing with queries
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Reconciling control accounts
- Credit control where building relationships is key
- Assisting with supplier invoices
- Being trained on payroll
In order to gain an interview for this interesting Finance Assistant role, you will need the following:
- Good communication skills
- AAT or similar desirable
- Be keen to learn and adaptable
- Good attention to detail
- Use of Excel, Word and databases
- Good experience of sales ledger
