This well established and growing practice would like to hear from you in that case. They are seeking a Manager, who can play a pivotal role in overseeing the day to day operations of the practice. Not only will you ensure the smooth running of client services but you will also manage staff performance and support partners in driving growth.

Key elements of the role include:
  • Supervising and supporting staff including workload allocation, training and reviewing performance
  • Maintaining and improving internal processes
  • Being a key contact for clients
  • Assisting partners with strategic planning, compliance and business development initiatives
  • Ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and professional guidelines
Ideally, you will have :
  • Previous management experience within an accountancy practice
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
  • The ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
  • A professional qualification (ACA/ACCA) or equivalent experience
