Do you have caring duties or a dog that needs your attention but you still want to work? Then this role could suit your needs if you are a strong bookkeeper preferably, but not necessarily, with a background in a solicitor's office.

The role is from 10am  to 2pm every day due to the nature of the work with a possibility of hybrid work.

The business has a really friendly team waiting to welcome you and they are keen for you to do the following:
  • Day to day processing and reconciling of client and office accounts
  • Thirty to forty straight forward bank reconciliations a day (if you like reconciliations, this role is definitely for you!)
  • Managing client bank accounts and processing payments on their behalf
  • Purchase ledger dealing with 30 to 40 invoices a week
  • Preparing and submitting VAT Returns
  • Liaising with clients and fee earners
  • Strong experience of Xero
  • Experience of LEAP would be a plus but the business will train you in this
