An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and growing accountancy firm in Cambridge as part of their Audit Not For Profit team.
In this role, you will support the delivery of audit and accounting services across a varied client base, taking ownership of key assignments and contributing to the ongoing success of the team. You will also have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
To gain an interview you will be a motivated and technically strong Audit professional who enjoys working collaboratively and building client relationships. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM/document management systems (e.g. FibreCRM, Intapp) as well as having excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines

In this role, you will support the delivery of audit and accounting services across a varied client base, taking ownership of key assignments and contributing to the ongoing success of the team. Key Responsibilities include:
- Leading audit fieldwork teams on key assignments within the Not For Profit client base, including work on high-risk areas
- Supporting Managers in the day-to-day management of client portfolios, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of work
- Planning and budgeting assignments, monitoring progress and highlighting any issues
- Reviewing work prepared by trainees
- Monitoring job budgets against actuals and investigating variances
- Assisting with billing processes and reducing write-offs
- Keeping up to date with technical developments and industry changes
- Identifying opportunities for additional services and supporting business development activities
- Building external networks and contributing to the growth of the firm
