- Entering purchase ledger invoices on Sage 200 accurately and in a timely manner
- Checking purchase orders on the internal Microsoft access database
- Review supplier statements and request missing invoices / information
- Review quarterly VAT reports for any missing invoices
- Purchase invoice filing
