My client, a charity based near Ely, is looking for a temp qualified accountant to manage their finance function until a permanent person is found.  Key aspects to this role will involve:

  • Overseeing three finance staff
  • Accurate and timely production of monthly income and expenditure accounts accounts
  • Ensuring that budget holders have up to date management information so they can control costs and measure against their budgets
  • Cash management and cashflow maintenance
  • Ensuring VAT Returns and RTI returns are processed in a timely fashion
  • Use of Excel to an advanced level
You must be able to commit to three months work and be personable and able to explain finance matters in plain English to non financial staff to be successful in obtaining this temp qualified accountant role.
