  • Accurate and timely invoicing  and investigating any queries which arrive from the billing
  • Extensive liaison with outside suppliers due to the nature of the business so your interpersonal skills need to be red hot
  • Reconciling control accounts
  • Recording and banking cash and cheques
  • Ensuring that refunds and advanced payments are recorded correctly
  • Updating cashbooks and reconciling bank accounts
  • Assisting with supplier invoices
