You have a strong knowledge of employment tax and share schemes but want to feel appreciated in a firm that is going places.

This Cambridge practice has strategic plans through to 2030 to grow their business. You could be part of their exciting journey of transformation and add value with the knowledge that you have whilst learning more.

You will have relevant experience as an ACA, ATT or CTA and this is what you'll be doing:
  • There is a considerable focus in the role on building strong relationships with clients and understanding their needs so your communication skills need to be good
  • You will provide expert tax advice on share plans and related transactions
  • You will design and implement share plan structures and employee incentive schemes
  • You will agree share valuations with HMRC and assist clients with HMRC share scheme compliance
  • You could be involved in employment tax matters as well including employment status, off payroll working, termination payments, end of year compliance, due diligence and HMRC enquiries
