This is a great opportunity for an Accounts Supervisor from a practice to join an established team of dedicated professionals. Key aspects to this role include:
  • Accounts preparation for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders
  • Preparation of corporation and personal tax returns
  • Supporting clients in accounting and taxation issues
  • Reviewing the work completed by junior staff members and training them
  • Answering queries on VAT
  • Reviewing points on simpler sets of accounts 
  • Management accounts preparation and cash flow projections
  • Liaising with clients including holding client meetings
  • Working as part of a team to carry out additional client and in-house projects as required
  • Assisting clients with systems development and Improvements 
To be successful in this Accounts Supervisor role, you must have a good attention to detail coupled with strong communication skills and a minimum of 3 years' previous experience working in practice. You will be qualified or qualified by experience with an excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. Although the role is ideally full-time, part-time work would be considered and you will be able to work from both home and office
