Working for a small company, this is an all round role and could suit either someone looking for a start in their career or an experienced Administrator. Aspects of the role will include:


Giving administrative support to members of a small team

Taking sales orders

Producing invoices

Sending out correspondence to customers

Assisting with shipping

Inputting items of stock and notes regarding products                    

Ordering stationery

Answering the phone


Ideally you will be well spoken and polite, intelligent and organised with the ability to use both Word and Excel.
