They are looking for an all round accountant to keep the ship steady until their long standing accountant is well enough to return to them. Key aspects include:
- The ability to deal with auditors and prepare year end requirements for them
- All aspects of the accounts including:
- Producing the monthly management account pack including variances, P+L, Balance Sheet and commentary
- Journals and accruals and prepayments
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Fixed Assets
- All aspects of purchase ledger - you mustn't mind inputting invoices
- Monthly payroll for 26 employees
- VAT Returns
- You must have a knowledge of ERP systems - Syteline would be a big advantage
- 21 days holiday pro rata ( Some days need to be kept for the Christmas shutdown)
- Pension (3% employee: 12% employer)

- This is NOT a hybrid role but there is flexibility around start and finish times.
