Whilst this is a six month contract, you will be able to finish this role feeling that you have really added value to a company, which is currently implementing a new ERP system.

You will need excellent Excel skills and be either AAT qualified, part qualified or QBE to be successful in this role. What will you be doing? Read on!
  • You will extract data from the current accounting system
  • You will then cleanse and correct the data
  • If data is missing, you will visit the warehouse and other departments to find it 
  • You will reformat and upload data into Excel spreadsheets - this is going to use your great Excel skills
  • You will complete Bills of Material
  • You will be able to assist with setting up the Analytics Warehouse tool
  • You will assist with year end stock take preparations, cleansing, counting and adjustments
  • The role will also need you to backfill for Accounts Payable and Receivable as well as reconciliation work

Please note: Due to the nature of the work, this is not a hybrid role and needs someone to be happy working full time in the office.
