One of the best companies in Cambridge is looking for a Maternity Leave cover in their finance department for just over a year starting ASAP.
This is a varied role, which will include the following:
  • Collating information such as updating payroll personal details
  • Calculating payments for Maternity Pay, Statutory Paternity Pay and Shared Parental Pay
  • Assist with pension administration including new starters
  • Assisting with payroll queries
  • Assisting with about 30 complex expenses a week
  • Reconciling holiday records to what has been booked including liaising with employees on this
  • Keeping private medical health records and travel insurance up to date and making sure records reconciled
  • Administering the Cycle Scheme and Childcare Scheme
  • Assisting in other areas e.g. purchase ledger
Our client is not expecting you to have done all of this but if you can tick four or five of these areas, they will train in the rest.
The role would be ideal for someone with some experience of payroll and expenses (you don’t have to be an expert) , who is keen to further their knowledge with a great boss!
