This public sector body is needing to recruit two credit controllers to join its team. Key responsibilities will include:
• Credit control by phone, email and letter
• Dealing with a wide variety of customers from individuals to big corporations
• Sales ledger
• Working with spreadsheets and Oracle
In order to be successful regarding these credit control roles, you must have had at least six months’ credit control experience and be able to prove that you can deal with a wide variety of customers and large volume. You must also have a good knowledge of sales ledger and debits and credits.
