This is an exciting time to be joining a recently opened farm shop, which needs further development and that's where you come in!

Ideally you will have worked in a supermarket and be fantastic at managing people and getting the best out of them. 

What will you be doing?
  • You will have the responsibility for a business, which is currently turning over £1.3 million a year. Your entrepreneurial flair will undoubtedly lead to further growth.
  • You will manage 25 part and full time staff. Your enthusiasm and passion for the business will rub off on them and you will develop and train them to be the best at what they do.
  • You will know how to maximise sales and lead by example
  • You will also keep an eye on the payroll bill and ensure all compliance is is achieved.
