Finance Assistant / Accounts Assistant
This small, growing company has received awards for being an excellent employer. They are now searching for a bright, positive minded and solution focussed individual to assist their Head of Finance.
Duties will include but will not be limited to:
Producing up to 200 sales invoices
Producing credit notes
Allocating receipts
Sending out statements to customers
Credit control by email and phone
Reconciliation
Posting c. 60 purchase ledger invoices
Paying authorised invoices
This is a role which would suit someone who is good at detail and processing with previous experience of finance or an individual, who wants to start a career in accounts but already has good Excel knowledge. You must also be prepared to work as part of a team and help with non-finance related tasks.
