Finance Director

My client, which is in the construction industry, is experiencing ongoing fast growth and has a current turnover of £15 million. In order to support their further expansion, the business has a career changing opportunity for an ambitious and entrepreneurial accountant to lead and strengthen their finance function.

 

Key responsibilities and challenges for this Finance Director role will include:

 

• Supervising all financial staff

• Streamlining the budget process

• Improving systems and processes

• Production of monthly management and year end accounts

• Analysing variances and trends

• Managing cashflow

• Involvement in strategic decisions

 

To be successful in your application, you will have experience of working in a rapidly expanding  company and managing fast growth. You will have a strong personality, which is capable of arguing the finance position with other departments coupled with a hands-on approach to work.
