My client is a medium sized firm of solicitors and is now looking for a Junior Wills and Probate Solicitor with a minimum of four years PQE to do the following:
• Basic wills
• Filling out IHT forms
• Dealing with private client matters
• Basic estate administration
• Handling deeds of retirement and appointment of new trustees
• Dealing with Enduring Powers of Attorney and Lasting Powers of Attorney
