This Cambridge based charity is searching for a part time Finance Assistant (up to 22.5 hours a week) to take on a varied and interesting role. Key aspects of this Part Time Finance Assistant role will include:
- Purchase ledger using Sage. This will include processing invoices, resolution of supplier queries, payment runs and transfers and processing a few expenses
- Recording of expenditure on Sage
- Recording project transfers accurately and liaising with Project Managers
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing of the payroll. Whilst payroll experience would be useful, the organisation are happy to train on this.
This Part Time Finance Assistant would be an ideal role for you if you are part way through your AAT and have some experience in finance. You must have good communication skills, high degree of flexibility and a can- do attitude.
