Key aspects to this Part Time Purchase Ledger will involve the following:
- Processing c. 700 complex invoices a week
- Being very accurate in posting invoices
- An understanding and previous experience of three way matching ( Purchase orders/GRN's and invoice matching)
- Use of an ERP system would be advantageous
- An understanding of processing foreign invoices
- Simple supplier statement reconciliations
- Filing and scanning
