This is a fabulous Part Time Purchase Ledger role for c. 20 hours a week in a company, which really looks after its employees.  You must be able to allocate the hours over four or five days a week.

Key aspects to this Part Time Purchase Ledger will involve the following:
  • Processing c. 700 complex invoices a week
  • Being very accurate in posting invoices
  • An understanding and previous experience of three way matching ( Purchase orders/GRN's and invoice matching)
  • Use of an ERP system would be advantageous
  • An understanding of processing foreign invoices
  • Simple supplier statement reconciliations
  • Filing and scanning
To be successful in this Part Time Purchase Ledger role, you will have had at least two years of doing similar work, be a good communicator and team player. You will also be very organised.
