Do not miss out on this rare opportunity to join this prestigious academic institution based in the centre of Cambridge!  Our client has a vacancy for a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a temp to perm basis.
To be considered for this fantastic role, you will need to have experience in:
  • Sage 200 or other financial accounting software
  • Bank reconciliations and purchase ledger
  • Experience of online banking systems
  • Experience of managing a petty cash system
Responsibilities include:
  • Posting and coding all accounting transactions to the purchase ledger and to prepare payment allocations and payment runs in a timely and accurate manner
  • Posting and coding all accounting transactions to the cash book
  • Petty cash and bank reconciliations
  • Preparing for year end, journals, reports, reconciliation and liaising with Auditors
