We are urgently recruiting for a Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk to assist one of our longstanding clients in their Purchase Ledger department.  You will need previous purchase ledger experience to complete the following:
  • Entering purchase ledger invoices on Sage 200 accurately and in a timely manner
  • Checking purchase orders on the internal Microsoft access database
  • Review supplier statements and request missing invoices / information
  • Review quarterly VAT reports for any missing invoices
  • Purchase invoice filing
