This is an interesting and challenging role within a small friendly company for a Share and Business Valuation Consultant. Ideally you will be ACA or CTA or CFA qualified with a few years' experience in share and business valuations. Key aspects to this role will include:
  • An understanding of Employment Related Securities from a UK tax perspective Knowledge of the open market standard for UK tax valuation purposes.
  • Ability to find new work / clients
  • The ability to undertake complete engagements and bill and collect the fee.
The ideal candidate for this Share and Business Valuation Consultant will be someone with an entrepreneurial and commercial outlook and the ability to communicate effectively. This role would appeal for example to Senior Managers in larger practices, who are looking for something different to run of the mill accountancy work.
