In order to be successful in applying for this Finance Manager role, it must be clear from your CV that you have had relevant experience of the above. In particular, you must have strong people management skills. Ideally you will have used Sage 200 although this is not essential. You will also ideally have had some internal or external auditing experience in order to improve systems and procedures within the department.

Finance Manager
- Staff management, mentoring and development of a small team
- Monthly management accounts including ensuring all journals have been posted correctly, bank and balance sheet reconciliations have been done correctly
- Financial year end accounting
- Cashflow
- Budgetting which includes liaising with Heads of Departments
- Variance analysis of key overheads
- Improving and developing systems and procedures
- Overview and understanding of payroll
- Financial analysis
