Cavill Robinson has worked with this client for many years and they have a small and usually stable finance department due to an excellent manager. They now have a rare purchase ledger/accounts payable opportunity for someone with strong all round purchase ledger/accounts payable skills to join them. Key responsibilities will include:

Dealing with 140 accounts and 280 invoices a month
Supplier statement reconciliations
Dealing with queries
Payment runs
Accruals and prepayments
Expenses
Assisting in managing attendance and holiday records.
Forecasting cash payments using Excel
Understanding current systems and driving change in workflows
